About

Dr. Caroline Méthé

Hi!  I was born and raised in a small village in New Brunswick, one foot in the dirt and the other in the ocean.  I went to Mount Allison University where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/Biology.  I then made a big move, to the big city, Toronto!  I studied naturopathic medicine for four years and received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, an accredited program by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education. Toronto has been my home away from home for the last five years, and I've finally planted my roots here!

When I'm not seeing patients, you will likely find me in a forest camping, hiking, running, rock climbing or painting.  During my undergraduate studies I worked in a daycare, and I knew that whatever career path I chose, there needed to be children involved! Following this interest I decided to do a year-long internship on a Pediatric Shift in order to deepen my knowledge and learn by treating children alongside a Naturopathic Doctor who had been practicing for 25 years.  I have a passion for pediatric care, digestive health, and plant-based nutrition.  But what I'm most passionate about is supporting you and your family to reclaim your health and live your best possible life!   I am a member and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Our bodies are made to heal themselves, but in the modern world they sometimes need support and guidance to help it do its thing!  This is where you and I can team up and best decide what your body is asking for.

With an open heart I would be privileged to listen to your story and guide you on your health journey.
